The purpose of the De La Salle Speed, Strength and Running Camp is to provide training to all athletes, to increase their speed and strength, no matter what sport they play. This camp will be led by De La Salle Collegiate's Head Cross Country and Track & Field Distance Coach, Sandy Buchanan. The camp will teach important developmental skills, principles, and techniques in distance running, nutrition and strength training.
Athletes will leave the camp with a thorough understanding of how to get faster in any sport, and a plan to achieve it.

Please bring a water bottle (though water and Gatorade jugs will be available to refill your bottle), and sunscreen.
REMINDER: All campers must turn in a signed RELEASE AND LIABILITY FORM before the start of camp.
2021 Summer Camp Refund Policy: Full registration refunds will be issued for any student who withdraws from camp 48 hours prior to the start of camp. No partial refunds will be issued for missed day(s). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Director of Enrollment Management.
